Terms of use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Using the site and tools
These terms cover the aiorderentry.com website, the free PO reader and the order entry cost calculator. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.
Free tool limits
- Three free PO reads per visitor, and 20 more after you add a work email.
- Reads that fail, or that find no order, do not count toward those numbers.
- A daily budget for the whole site. When it is used up, the reader pauses until midnight UTC.
- Limits per connection, and limits on file size, page count and text length, as shown on the tool.
We may change these limits, or pause a tool, at any time. The cost calculator has no limits and runs in your browser.
Your content
You keep all rights in the orders and text you send to the PO reader. By sending them, you confirm that you are allowed to share them for this purpose. Files and text are processed in memory only to give you the result. They are never stored and never used for training. The privacy policy explains who processes them.
Results are drafts
The PO reader and the calculator produce drafts and estimates. A read can be wrong, including fields that are not flagged as uncertain. Check every result against the original order before you rely on it, and before you enter it into any system. We are not responsible for orders entered from a read that was not checked, or for decisions based on the calculator's figures.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, bulk or automated use of the tools.
- No attempts to get around the limits, the security checks or the daily budget.
- No uploading anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the site.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
No warranty
The site and the free tools are provided as they are, without any promise that they will be available, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the free tools. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.
Shadow tests and paid work
Shadow tests, pilots and any paid work are covered by a separate written agreement, including a confidentiality agreement, not by these terms. Booking a shadow test through this site does not create an obligation on either side.
