What we need from you

  • One month of order emails: an export, or read-only access to the orders mailbox only.
  • An export of that month's sales orders.
  • Your customer and product lists.
  • A signed NDA, which we send first.

What we never do

  • Write to your ERP.
  • Contact your customers.
  • Use your data for anything except the test.

Shadow test questions

What is a shadow test?

A shadow test runs a month of your past emailed orders through the order entry agent, read-only, and compares every line it produces with the sales order your team actually keyed. You see what it got right, what it missed and why, before you decide anything.

What do we need to give you?

One month of order emails, as an export or read-only access to the orders mailbox only, an export of the sales orders keyed from them that month, and your customer and product lists. We send a signed NDA first.

Does it touch our ERP?

No. The test works only from the exports you send. Nothing is written to your ERP, nothing is installed, and no customer is contacted.

How long does it take?

About a week from receiving your files to walking you through the results. Most of that is our time, not yours: plan on an hour to pull the exports and an hour for the results call.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The shadow test is free.

What happens after it?

We walk you through the results: the share of lines right with no edit, the misses by type and your time per order. If the numbers work, we talk about a pilot on live orders. If they do not, that is the end of it. There is no obligation either way.
